Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using iPDFYou, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy and Payment and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational and business document work. You must own the files or have permission to process them. You must not use the service to violate privacy, copyright, confidentiality, security or applicable law; distribute malware; probe other accounts; bypass access controls; overload the service; or automate abusive traffic.

3. Conversion accuracy

PDF is a finished-page format. Rebuilding a PDF into Word, Excel or PowerPoint can produce differences in fonts, spacing, tables, image placement or editable text, especially for scans, complex designs and low-quality sources. Preview and review every output before relying on it.

4. AI workflows and vPDFYou

V can create, summarise and organise supported content, but its output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. vPDFYou supports the output types shown in its interface; it does not guarantee that every requested capability, file type or subject can be completed. Image requests may use original AI-generated images or reusable photographs retrieved from Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia photographs remain subject to the displayed source licence and attribution requirements; you are responsible for checking that the stated licence is suitable for your intended use. Requests that enable harm, malware, unauthorised access, privacy abuse, fraud, forgery, weapons or other prohibited or unlawful activity may be blocked before or after quoting. You must not try to defeat those controls.

Scoring, employment, medical, insurance, GST, government-form, financial, legal and business results are assistance only. They do not replace a teacher, employer, doctor, accountant, lawyer, insurer, government authority or other qualified reviewer. Verify names, figures, dates, formulas, citations, image attribution and important conclusions before use.

5. Accounts, saved files and projects

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and device. Saved converted files are optional and private to the authenticated account. vPDFYou projects and chat are encrypted and temporary, with the current retention period shown in the workspace. Generated and retrieved image files are kept in owner-only private storage for the same project period. Delete outputs and projects you no longer need. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised account access.

6. V Credits and payments

V Credits are digital usage units for eligible AI workflows; they are not money, a bank balance or transferable currency. vPDFYou shows one complete successful charge before confirmation. The same amount is held during processing and becomes final only when the task completes successfully; failed or incomplete paid work returns the full approved amount automatically. Razorpay processes package payments. Paid credits are added after verified captured payment. Automatic V-task credit returns and monetary payment reviews follow the Payment and Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

Tools may be improved, limited, paused or removed for reliability, security, legal or operational reasons. Pricing, credit calculations and limits may change, but a workflow must display its current estimate before the user confirms it.

8. Responsibility and limitation

You remain responsible for source files, review of output, backups and decisions made from converted or AI-generated work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iPDFYou is provided without a guarantee that every conversion will be exact, every AI answer will be correct or the service will always be uninterrupted.
