Confirm and continue

The displayed credits are held only after approval and become the final charge when V completes the task successfully. A failed or incomplete paid task returns the full amount. Project-chat file requests are quoted separately.

What happens after checkout

Do I need credits for ordinary PDF converters?

No. The main PDF, Office, OCR and photo conversion tools are free. V Credits are for the specialised AI document workflows.

When are V Credits deducted?

Only after you review the single displayed credit amount and confirm the AI workflow. Opening a tool or calculating a quote does not deduct credits. A successful vPDFYou task charges exactly the approved amount.

What happens if vPDFYou cannot complete the task?

If paid processing fails or the finished result does not pass V’s completeness checks, the full approved credit amount returns automatically.
