Verify decimal separators, negative values, currency symbols, dates and balances against the source.

PDF to Excel questions

Will the Excel file remain editable?

Yes. Recognised PDF text is rebuilt as editable positioned Excel text objects. The converter does not automatically reorganise the page into cells or a spreadsheet table.

Does iPDFYou automatically freeze rows or columns?

No. The generated workbook does not intentionally add automatic frozen panes.

Can a scanned table be converted?

Scanned data first needs OCR and can be less accurate. Clear straight scans and human verification are especially important for figures and totals.
